You can move your belongings at any time during our gate hours, which are 6:00 AM—9:00 PM Sunday through Saturday. However, you must complete all new move-in paperwork before you are given access to the unit.
We do not require any notice to move out. Your contract must be complete, and all belongings (including your lock) must be removed. Rent must be paid for the vacating month, and we do not prorate at move-out.
We require a government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport), a full social security number, and insurance coverage for your belongings. Ask about our insurance coverage policies in the office or provide your own policy at the time of move-in.
No, our leases are on a month-to-month basis. We are billing on the first of each month, and we require a full first month and any prorated months to be fulfilled.
Our office is open seven days a week to process payments. We offer a free autopay program that automatically deducts payments from a credit/debit card. We accept payments by mail, but you may also
make a payment online or by phone.
We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept traveler’s checks.
Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Any payments made after the 6th of the month will incur a late fee.
Our office sells a variety of moving and storage supplies, including boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and more. Visit the office to browse our merchandise.

We do not allow food or beverages of any kind, combustibles, explosives, flammable liquids, illegal substances, or toxic materials. Please contact us with any questions regarding a specific item.
After completing all move-in paperwork, you will be given your gate code. This code will allow you to enter and exit the facility between gate hours: 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (7 days a week). Locks are required for all units and can be purchased in the office.
